Return Policy

1 Years Warranty Policy
1. The warranty covers only product hardware. Cables and accessories are not subject to warranty coverage. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase with us.
2. Please contact with our service contact to clarify details and wait for our written confirmation before sending back the purchased products.
3. Both sides’ product delivery costs are not covered under warranty except for the situation when the customer receives dead on arrival product with warranty sticker.
4. The warranty does not cover risks of product damage or loss by Delivery Company. For this reason, please check the package right upon receipt and compare the content with the packing list in the presence of the delivery company representative.

30 Days Sample Exchange and Return Policy:
1. If you’re not satisfied with your sample purchase, you can return or exchange the testing sample you bought within 30 days from the purchase date, provided that it is not damaged, seals are not broken, it includes original package and complete set of accessories. Goods which are damaged, with scratches, chips or with incomplete package content are not eligible for a full refund. These conditions refer to all items included in the package.
2. Please contact with our service contact to clarify details and wait for our written confirmation before sending back the purchased sample products.
3. Return: Return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer. We will process and issue a refund after receiving your return of sample products. And we do not refund the original shipping fees.
4. Exchange: After receiving the returned sample products, our service contact will contact with you for exchange process. Shipping costs are not covered by exchange. If the new product costs more, we’ll charge you for the difference in price. We’ll refund you the difference if the new product costs less.

Repairing Policy
Within a period of 1 year from the purchase date, buyers can send back items for free repairing. Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending the item back to us, while we pay the shipping fees to resend the item back to the buyer.
After the 1 year warranty period, buyer can still send the item back for repair. However, the buyer is responsible for paying all the shipping fees both ways.

Note: If the buyer has damaged the item(s), which invalidates the warranty and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of the components. In that case customer is responsible for all shipping fees involved in the process.
