1, When you order, please let us the original screen is 5.8” or 7.0”, different screen size product software is different.
2, If the port(see below picture red circle one) of original head unit is square port, can not install our products, our product only suitable for round port.
3, Please make sure you have AUX menu in the car, if not, need to go to car dealer or tuning shop to activate the AUX menu, or buy an AMI cable to connect to AUX, otherwise the Carplay/Android auto menu will not have sound

4, If the car has original AUX menu, also have AMI port, need to buy an extra AMI to AUX cable to convert sound from AMI to AUX.
